Demeter Fragrance Library, Inc. is a New York company that sells fragrances based on familiar, “everyday” scents, such as dirt, tomatoes, and chocolate chip cookies. It was foundered by Christopher Brosius and Christopher Gable in 1993 and officially released in United State of America in 1994. The scent of SNOW and SUGAR CANE awarded as U.S. Women’s Fragrance Star of the Year and U.S. Men’s Fragrance Star of the Year in 2000 and 2001 from the fragrance foundation of FiFi Award. During 2003, more than 70 scents of Demeter Fragrance Library are exhibited in Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum as an art piece. Demeter Fragrance Library, the first company to recognize scent as your memory’s best friend, stands out from the designer fragrance crowd.
